Licence Package

The contractual partner is the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation GmbH, Cremon 11, 20457 Hamburg, Germany. By accepting the offer, the booking company agrees to the following conditions:
Without acceptance and payment of the corresponding fees, any use of the award in image and/or text form is not permitted. The right to use the title LEADING EMPLOYER and the associated award seal expires automatically at the end of the booked period of use. The company logo, quotation and photo provided by the booking company as part of the service provided by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation GmbH may be used freely. This license agreement is automatically extended by the period selected above at the same conditions (price stability, added by consumer price index of German Federal Statistical Office), unless it is terminated up to six weeks before the end of its term (if this is not desired, please delete the sentence). In the case of a multi-year contract and a non-certification in one of the following years, the difference will be refunded, if the amount has been paid upfront. Prices plus statutory value added tax.
