XAL GmbH has been recognised as one of Austria’s TOP 1% of employers through its inclusion in LEADING EMPLOYERS 2025 – one of the most comprehensive employer quality certifications in the world.

LEADING EMPLOYERS 2025 stands as a testament to excellence in employer performance. It is  more than just a label, but a scientifically grounded, data-driven meta-analysis carried out by the independent Institute of Research & Data Aggregation. It provides a uniquely broad and objective perspective on employer quality.

The certification evaluates companies using over 300 independent data sources, assessing up to 600 data points per organisation across 150 evaluation criteria.
