Apprenticeship at SWN represents far more to us than the mere transfer of knowledge. Through a structured rotation plan, we ensure that our apprentices gain insight into all key departments, while at the same time allowing sufficient scope for individual development. We provide not only sound professional expertise, but also support our apprentices in their personal growth. Through workshops and seminars focused on soft skills, we foster competencies that extend well beyond technical knowledge. Our objective is to prepare young people comprehensively for their professional future. From the outset, we recognise and respect their individual needs, engaging with them on equal terms and with genuine appreciation. They are a central pillar of our long-term sustainability. The fact that many of our apprentices enthusiastically advocate for training at SWN themselves demonstrates that this approach is lived authentically.
