An afternoon full of inspiration, encounters – and the feeling of being part of something special.

The Astor Film Lounge in the heart of Frankfurt provided the perfect setting for an event that will be remembered: warm lighting, an elegant atmosphere, the quiet crackling of popcorn in your hand – and a room full of people united by one thing: the desire to improve working environments.

Around 250 invited guests came together to exchange ideas, listen and discover new perspectives together. Three inspiring speakers provided powerful impetus, full of clarity and a drive for the future. The afternoon was moderated by Dennis Utter, member of the advisory board of LEADING EMPLOYERS, who guided the programme with his open, approachable manner.

LEADING EMPLOYERS LIVE is no ordinary event. It is a place for genuine conversations, for new connections – and for people who want more than just to be there. Those who are invited here are part of a special circle where mutual respect, progressive thinking and curiosity come together.

Two video teams accompanied the event and gave everyone the opportunity to raise their voices and take a stand. Short interviews yielded impressive, personal messages – authentic and direct from the heart of the community.
