As a public service provider in the construction and real estate sector, and as the central procurement authority of the State of Schleswig-Holstein, we actively help shape the North. At present, climate protection and digitalization are the key drivers behind the continuous development of our business areas: construction, facility management, and procurement. With around 1,700 employees, we ensure that public buildings in the state are planned, built, equipped, and operated in a safe, modern, and sustainable manner. This includes constructing laboratories for universities or renovating naval facilities. We also manage state-owned properties such as the State House in Kiel or correctional facilities. In addition, we procure materials and services for the state, including police vehicles and craft services.

Alongside our headquarters in Kiel, we are represented by 14 offices, ranging from Flensburg and Lübeck to the greater Hamburg metropolitan area. Each year, we recruit approximately 20 young professionals across seven different fields—typically 10 apprentices and 10 students.
