faircheck is an innovative service company that has been part of the Helvetia Insurance Group since 2021.
We operate throughout Austria to assess and settle property damage quickly, fairly, and transparently.

Our clients are insurance companies from across the DACH region, who trust in our core values: fairness, speed, and transparency.
The back office in Graz, staffed by 11 employees, serves as the central interface between our clients and approximately 50 claims experts across Austria.

As the neutral eyes and ears of insurance providers, we inspect, assess, and document damage resulting from natural events or other loss situations, up to a value of €20,000.
