faircheck is an innovative service provider that has been part of the Helvetia Insurance Group since 2021. We operate throughout Austria, ensuring that property-related claims are settled quickly, fairly, and transparently.

Our clients include insurance companies from across the DACH region, all of whom rely on our core values: fairness, speed, and transparency.

Our back office in Graz, with a team of 11 employees, serves as the central interface between our clients and approximately 50 claims experts located across Austria.

Acting as the independent eyes and ears of insurers, we inspect, assess, and document claims arising from natural events or other incidents, up to a value of €25,000.
