Linz Center of Mechatronics GmbH has been recognised as one of Austria’s TOP 1% of employers through its inclusion in LEADING EMPLOYERS 2025 – one of the most comprehensive employer quality certifications in the world.

LEADING EMPLOYERS 2025 stands as a testament to excellence in employer performance. It is  more than just a label, but a scientifically grounded, data-driven meta-analysis carried out by the independent Institute of Research & Data Aggregation. It provides a uniquely broad and objective perspective on employer quality.

The certification evaluates companies using over 300 independent data sources, assessing up to 600 data points per organisation across 150 evaluation criteria.  

It reflects performance in nine essential dimensions of contemporary employer excellence:
