TOP AUSBILDUNG 2026: Liebherr Unternehmensgruppe ranks among Germany’s best training companies.

With TOP AUSBILDUNG 2026, the top 1% of all training companies in Germany are recognized — objectively, independently, and based on scientific methodology.
The foundation of this recognition is a comprehensive meta-analysis conducted by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation, which systematically collects, cleans, and evaluates a wide range of publicly available secondary data. Over 350,000 companies are assessed, and only those that meet the highest training standards are awarded.

What sets this recognition apart: companies do not apply, pay participation fees, or submit self-reported information. Instead, the selection is based on a systematic evaluation of more than 300 independent data sources, up to 600 data points per company, and 150 assessment criteria. The analysis takes into account factors such as applicant and trainee feedback, digital visibility, HR awards, and ESG-relevant indicators.
