Since 1996, we have been firmly established between Cologne and Düsseldorf: an independent real estate company with around 40 employees across our locations in Dormagen, Neuss and Langenfeld – and the leading name in our region. Above all, we have grown through people who stay with us for the long term.

When people join us, they have the opportunity to develop and build a career. Many of our colleagues started with us through their vocational training, went on to qualify as certified real estate specialists and now pass on their knowledge to others. For us, professional development is not an added benefit, but an integral part of everyday working life – both internally and externally. The certification has primarily given us an external perspective. We already knew that people tend to stay with us for a long time and that many build their careers with us after completing their vocational training. Having this confirmed as something distinctive compared with other employers has had a significant impact across the team. It also supports us in a market where skilled professionals between Cologne and Düsseldorf have many options. We are particularly proud that, despite having around 40 employees across three locations, we have retained our family-oriented culture.
